The Challenge
Operating an AI automation consulting firm requires lead discovery, qualification, outreach, and operations to run reliably at scale. Doing this manually across tools wastes time and lets good leads slip; systems need audit trails and policy gating.
Our Solution
We built an orchestrator-first platform: TypeScript control plane, SQLite persistence, schema-constrained LLM reasoning, and integrations (Google Places, Custom Search, Sheets, VAPI voice, n8n follow-up workflows). Squads are the primary execution unit so multiple AI-operated teams run in parallel. In-process job queue for async dispatch; full audit trail and observability.
