Most projects begin with a workflow review and technical audit.

Support is scoped based on project requirements.
Software pricing is honest about one thing: the work changes depending on what the work actually is. Here is how we scope every project so the number you see in your quote is the number you pay.
We talk through what your team does, where it is losing time, and what success looks like in six months. No pitch deck, no “needs assessment” questionnaire — just enough of a conversation to know whether custom software is the right call or whether an off-the-shelf tool would solve it for less.
We write a short scoping document that lists the features in scope, the integrations and data sources involved, the deployment target (your infrastructure or ours), and the assumptions baked into the quote. You see this before you see the price.
Quotes are fixed-price against the scope. If the scope changes mid-build, we re-quote the delta in writing — you never get a vague “it went over because of unforeseen complexity” invoice. There is no published range here because a single automation and a multi-department platform are not the same job — you will know the number before you commit, not after.
You see working progress at every milestone, not a wall of silence followed by a launch. At handoff you get source code, deployment access, and documentation. Custom builds are yours to keep — we are not building a SaaS we lock you into.
A note on AI voice receptionists.Voice receptionists start at $297/month (the standard tier) and scale up to $497+/month for larger operations that need multi-location coverage, complex call routing, or extra workflows. The base build is largely the same shape every time — configure the agent to your call flow, your business hours, your booking calendar, your CRM. The monthly fee covers Vapi voice infrastructure, ongoing prompt tuning, and the integration with whatever scheduling tool you use. Setup is a one-time $150.
How much does a custom software or automation project cost?
It depends on the job — a simple automation that connects two tools costs a lot less than a client-facing platform with logins, dashboards, and a database behind it, and we are not going to pretend otherwise with a generic price list. Every project starts with a free discovery call, gets scoped in writing, and is quoted fixed-price before you commit to anything.
How much does an AI voice receptionist cost?
Starting at $297/month plus a one-time $150 setup fee. The base tier covers a single business with standard call flow, business-hours coverage, calendar integration, and one CRM connection. Larger operations — multi-location, after-hours surge coverage, complex routing, or extra workflows — move up into the $397–$497+/month range. The monthly fee covers the voice infrastructure (Vapi), prompt tuning, and ongoing call-flow updates. There is no per-minute charge from us; voice minutes are billed at cost from the underlying provider once you exceed your included allotment.
Do you charge hourly or by project?
By project, not hourly. Hourly billing rewards slow work and punishes efficient work, and most clients we talk to have been burned by an open-ended hourly engagement at some point. We quote fixed-price against a scoping document so you know the total before you commit.
What is included in the price?
For custom builds: scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, source code, documentation, and a launch handoff. For voice receptionists: configuration, ongoing prompt tuning, and the integration with your calendar / CRM. Hosting and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately so the line items are clear.
Do you require a deposit?
For projects under $5,000 we invoice on completion. For larger projects, the deposit is usually 30% at signing, 40% at the design / functional-spec milestone, and 30% at launch — exact terms get spelled out in the project agreement.
Do clients in the Okanagan get a different rate than clients outside BC?
No — rates are the same whether you are in Kelowna, Vancouver, Toronto, or Halifax. Most of our delivery happens remotely with a tight cadence of video calls and shared progress, regardless of where the client is.
