Built mobile-first because plumbing leads come in by phone from people standing in a flooding basement — the click-to-call CTA, owner-led trust copy, verified Google review proof, and 24/7 messaging are all surfaced above the fold on a small screen.

The Challenge

Trade services don't get leisurely browsing sessions. When a water heater blows or a gas appliance smells wrong, the homeowner has three minutes and one thumb. The site had to load fast on a flaky mobile connection, prove legitimacy instantly (licence number, real reviews, owner-operated), make calling friction-free, and keep the owner — not a marketing agency — in control of the voice and the contact paths.

Owner-written copy throughout — no SEO sludge. Service area pages for Kelowna, West Kelowna, Vernon, Lake Country, and Peachland for local search. Deployed on Vercel for global edge caching.
