Reduces proposal writing time from 8 hours to 45 minutes.

The Challenge

Civil firms often have 24–48 hours to submit proposals. Research alone—permit timelines, utilities, traffic impact, stormwater, indigenous consultation—can take 4–6 hours per proposal. Errors and missed requirements lead to fee erosion and delays.

Our Solution

We built a two-stage pipeline: (1) Deterministic scoping intelligence from six services (municipal SLAs, utility coordination, traffic, stormwater, indigenous territory, permit pathways) in about 30 seconds, with structured data and sources; (2) GPT-4 research summary and a 12-section proposal draft in 2–3 minutes. The app includes RBAC, section comments, version history, share links, and export to Word and PDF, with win/loss outcome tracking.
