The Challenge
Food bank visitors — often in vulnerable situations — faced long wait times and language barriers. Staff manually tracked visits on paper, making it impossible to spot trends or plan ahead.
Our Solution
We replaced the paper sign-in sheet with a simple digital check-in system that works in 7 languages. It includes appointment scheduling, a full admin dashboard, the ability to import and export visitor data as spreadsheets, and visual reports showing visitor trends. Staff now have a faster intake flow and clearer visibility into visitor patterns so they can better plan their resources.
