Clients check themselves in by scanning a QR code at the front door or on-site, in any of seven languages, and staff run the whole day from one dashboard instead of a paper list. It's designed around roughly 130 check-ins a day — the volume a mid-size distribution day actually needs to handle — with CSV import and export built specifically around Link2Feed's data structure.
The privacy design, not just the convenience
Day-of visit data is purged every 24 hours. The system isn't built to accumulate a shadow record of client visits beyond what Link2Feed already holds — it's built to make one day run smoothly, then clear itself.
