A freemium product that lets people save the details they have already typed once, then reuse them on the next fillable PDF, Word, Excel, or web form. Saved details are encrypted with a key derived from the user’s passphrase, so the stored vault is unreadable to the service.
Anyone dealing with repeat paperwork — intake packets, grant applications, compliance forms, onboarding documents — retypes the same details dozens of times. Existing autofill tools only handle web forms, and the sensitive data involved cannot sit in an unencrypted store.
FillOnce reads a form the user has already completed, extracts the field mapping, and encrypts saved values with a key derived from the user’s passphrase — the service stores only ciphertext it cannot decrypt. On the next document it proposes matched values for review before anything is written, and the user submits the form themselves; FillOnce never submits on their behalf.
