- On distribution days, front desks worked from printed appointment lists and paper sign-in sheets, and clients who didn’t speak English waited for help just to check in.
- What it automates
- Self check-in by QR code in seven languages, appointment import and export by CSV around Link2Feed, and a daily purge of day-of visit data.
- The result
- The front door runs without paper sign-in, staff see arrivals in real time, and the system is designed for around 130 check-ins a day.
