Day-of check-in and appointment software for food banks that run on Link2Feed. Clients scan a QR code at the front door or on-site to check themselves in, in one of seven languages; staff run the day from one dashboard. Built for up to ~130 check-ins a day, CSV-friendly, and available to license.
Link2Feed holds the client records and appointments, but it isn’t built for the front door on a busy distribution day. Front desks were working from printed appointment lists and paper sign-in sheets, clients who didn’t speak English waited for help to check in, and staff couldn’t see at a glance who had arrived, who needed help, or how the day was going.
Staff export the day’s appointments from Link2Feed and upload them as a CSV, or connect the optional Link2Feed API sync, which is HMAC-signed and can write collected, cancelled and rebooked statuses back to Link2Feed. Clients reach the check-in by scanning a QR code at the front door or on-site, then check in by phone number and last name in English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic or Punjabi, flag dietary or mobility needs, request help, and see their next appointment. Staff work from one dashboard: live check-ins, printed tickets, client profiles, a help-request queue, a volunteer portal with its own permissions, and CSV and HungerCount-style exports. Day-of appointment and visit data is purged every 24 hours so it doesn’t linger. Built for up to ~130 check-ins per operating day, and each food bank runs as its own tenant.
