Adopters apply through the platform, and a matching questionnaire helps people who are not sure what fits their household. Shelters get their own login and dashboard, with applications in one queue and disclosures and messages documented in-platform. The site also runs a shelter directory, a lost-and-found board, and success stories — in English and French throughout.
